Delivery / Shipping / Installation Policy
- Free delivery and installation to all cities within our coverage area
- If the customer is out of coverage, we do not install and the customer bears the shipping cost according to the appropriate method. In case of no agreement on shipping, the amount paid to the customer will be returned via the method through which payment was made.
- Delivery and installation usually takes place within 1 to 14 working days depending on the available installation schedule. Shipping requests are shipped within 3 days, with an agreement with the customer on the appropriate shipping method for his area.
- Customers will be contacted within 1 to 7 business days to schedule installation appointments
- Naqi will not deal or provide services or products to any of the countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with applicable laws.
- Executing a transaction more than once may result in it appearing more than once in Cardholder’s bank statement.
