Return and Exchange Policy

  • The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before the delivery process is completed
  • The customer has the right to have the product maintained by the Naqi team during the warranty period
  • The customer has the right to submit a request to replace or return the product in the event of a problem that cannot be maintained by the maintenance team.
  • In the event that the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account within 12 working days.
  • The warranty for Naqi desalination devices is two years on manufacturing defects and 5 years of free service (visits and labor).
  • The periodic maintenance schedule must be adhered to by changing the first three filters every six months for (120 dirhams), changing the last three filters every year for (190 dirhams), and changing the fourth filter every two years for (160 dirhams).
  • The electrical parts must not be exposed to water.
  • The device must not be subjected to any change, maintenance, or transfer work from another company.
  • The device should not be exposed to direct sunlight and weather conditions.
  • If any of the items mentioned are violated, the warranty will be considered void.
